Playlist Pilot for YouTube
A personal, self-hosted tool that keeps its owner's YouTube playlists organized.
Playlist Pilot helps one person, its owner, sort the videos they save on YouTube: Favorites, Watch Later and their own topic playlists. It suggests where saved videos belong and moves them only after the owner approves each move. A small daily upkeep job fetches newly saved videos and applies already-approved moves.
How it works
- It runs entirely on the owner's own computer. There is no hosted service, no accounts and no other users.
- It signs in with Google so it can read the owner's playlists and add or remove playlist items the owner has approved.
- Everything it reads is stored only in a local database on that computer.
